Mislav Dević is a postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Sociology, University of Zadar. He obtained his MA in sociology and an MA in the interdisciplinary study programme of Croatian culture at the Faculty of Croatian Studies - University of Zagreb. He continued his education at the International joint degree doctoral programme in the Sociology of regional and local development of the University of Zadar, Croatia, and University of Teramo, Italy, from which he obtained his PhD in 2022. His research interests are focused on issues of social conflict and social integration, with a special emphasis on processes related to different aspects of political culture. His interests are also in the field of mixed-methods research.
